She has served as President and CEO of The Monet Group, Yves Saint Laurent Parfums, ZanyBrainy.com and General Cigar Enterprises, with senior leadership roles at Liz Claiborne and Macy’s. Her expertise spans strategic growth, brand building, product development, merchandising, e-commerce, private equity and organizational transformation.

As Founder and Managing Partner of Way Point Partners, Harrison advises companies and private equity sponsors on growth, M&A, organizational development and value creation.

At The Hydrous, she brings CEO-level leadership, strategic vision, entrepreneurial thinking, brand expertise and governance to advance its mission and impact. Her nonprofit and civic leadership includes the Institute of International Education, Upper Manhattan Empowerment Zone and six-terms as an elected Trustee in the Village of Plandome.
